OUR MISSION

Illumination Health + Home’s mission is
to disrupt the cycle of homelessness.

We provide the structure and support people need to move forward—because you can’t treat someone’s illness and send them back to the sidewalk. Because a hospital bed isn’t housing. And because real recovery takes more than good intentions.

Our mission is simple and urgent: To disrupt the cycle of homelessness by providing healthcare,
housing, and hope—together.
