Housing Services

More than a Bed.

It’s a System that Works.

We offer emergency housing, medical respite, and long-term housing models— all designed to help people stabilize,
recover, and move forward. Whether you’re a parent with kids, someone recovering from a hospital stay, or navigating life
without a safe place to sleep— we’re here with options that meet you where you are.

Housing with Wraparound Care

We don’t just give people a bed—we surround them with the services and support they need to get back on their feet. That includes case management, trauma-informed care, mental and physical health services, and help navigating next steps.

Because real recovery takes more than shelter. It takes structure, connection, and the belief that a new path is possible.

A navigation center is a safe, temporary place where people experiencing homelessness can stay while getting connected to the support they need to move into stable housing.
Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) is an intervention that combines affordable housing assistance with best-practice services for individuals and families with disabilities and a lengthy history of homelessness.
