Dr. Bradley Gilbert

Throughout his career spanning more than 31 years in public health and managed care leadership, Dr. Bradley Gilbert’s role has been dedicated to the health and wellbeing of the underserved. Recognized as a foremost expert in the arena of non-profit health plans, Dr. Gilbert led the award-winning Inland Empire Health Plan through years of rapid growth fueled by vision and innovative thinking. Bradley’s unwavering commitment to putting the member first created the foundation for a celebrated organizational culture and deep, productive relationship with providers and the community.
After “retiring” from IEHP, Dr. Gilbert served for four months as the Director of the CA Department of Health Care Services during the early months of the COVID pandemic, and now works as a consultant focused on health care delivery, health plans and providers to help them navigate and be successful in today’s health care environment.
