Caron brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, and organizational growth across nonprofit and behavioral health organizations. As Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Illumination Health + Home, she leads efforts to strengthen the organization’s brand and expand visibility in support of its mission to disrupt the cycle of homelessness.
Before joining Illumination, Caron served as Chief Marketing Officer at ROWI Teen & Parent Wellness Centers, where she helped grow the organization from 10 to more than 20 locations. She has also led communications and marketing efforts through her consulting practice and in leadership roles with Girl Scouts of Orange County and Jewish Federation Orange County. Earlier in her career, she held a presidential appointment at the U.S. Department of Agriculture and served as Deputy Press Secretary to then-Congressman Adam Schiff.
Caron believes great communications create connection and inspire people to take action. At Illumination, she is focused strengthening Illumination’s marketing infrastructure, developing campaigns that drive awareness and funding, and building an internal communications framework across the organization.
Caron holds a Master’s degree in Communication Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona.
