Navigation Centers

Beds and safety when it's needed most.

Our navigation centers are a safe place where people experiencing crisis can stay and start the process of becoming stable.

Our Navigation Centers

Unlike traditional shelters, navigation centers are low-barrier—meaning they welcome individuals with pets, partners, and belongings—and provide on-site services like case management, healthcare, and housing navigation. The goal is to help people get back on their feet by addressing immediate needs and guiding them toward long-term solutions.
Individuals can access on-site case management and services. With access to healthcare, mental health services, substance use counseling and job placement, the goal is to stabilize individuals and “navigate” them into permanent housing.
